[Sun Xianjun]: Good afternoon everyone. It is a great honor to represent the Shenzhen Mingge Yihe Mushe series to discuss the situation of this exhibition.


In fact, many people have said that from 2008 to today, they have been suffering from the financial crisis and the financial turmoil, but the good news is that, after two days, today, although it is the second day of the exhibition, the promotion of new products is very Ideally, the first day was signed with 31 intentions. Here are two reasons, one is the product development, and the second is our entire store sales, as well as packaging promotion. Although the big environment is not good, we feel that furniture is a rigid demand, and this industry will never disappear. Moreover, in product development, we are always guided by customer needs, rather than manufacturing to lead sales. We are based on what our customers want and what we offer, including the pricing of the products. The reason why our products can get the consistent praise and favor of these agents, I think all the lines and the refraction of one of these points are not unrelated. It should be said, so this exhibition, our harvest is very gratifying, although the results have not yet reached the end, but this day and a half, I think the effect is quite satisfactory.

[Reporter]: During the two days of the exhibition, did you receive feedback from the dealers, do they have any suggestions or opinions on the product design and development?


[Sun Xianjun]: I think that when we are doing business, we always think this way. Besides saying that the factory, as the source of manufacturing, any group of products I want to say is because it is very simple, it is difficult to adjust. It's hard to cater to everyone's tastes in a range of products.


[Reporter]: Products are on the one hand, and in addition to service or support, they may also ask for you?


[Sun Xianjun]: Yes, in fact, I think dealers today, he will not just choose products, dealers must be in the system today. I think the product is only part of all systems, and it is also a very important part. But in addition to the product is always only hardware, in addition to hardware, is the software you just said, including saying that when I was interviewed by the media in the industry that day, I said, we are now building a store for the dealer, we are promoting a People open stores, but a group of people protect stores and maintain stores. In fact, like dealers, telling the truth, we all have been saying that the links and fields in which they are located are actually the most embarrassing situation. On the factory, under the mall, it is not called exploitation and oppression. It is just a link. a chain.

In fact, in today's circulation field, he is an indispensable link. Because furniture is not like ordinary household appliances, unlike ordinary clothing and shoes, I just said that furniture involves logistics, warehousing, distribution, installation, and after-sales. Furniture is a very special kind of commodity. Therefore, many people have asked me if there is a direct store of the manufacturer alliance. In fact, there is a great difficulty and obstacle in the process of terminal promotion. Because there is a need for very strong manpower, material resources and financial resources in the middle, in fact, I always think about the source of manufacturing. The factory is the incubation base of products. You must guarantee two points, one is quality and the second is delivery. We regard quality as life, and we regard delivery as a measure of integrity.

Therefore, we promise the dealers, the delivery time promised to the customer, one day extension, we are refunded according to 10% of the total value, so we will always deliver in advance, will not launch delivery. The second point, we regard quality, if all products do not meet our quality requirements, we will not leave the factory, each of our links, the downstream process is the QC of the previous process. We will eventually have a total quality supervisor to ensure that each product will be a good product before the package is shipped into the box, and we must resolutely prevent defective products from entering the market. Because I know this practice, it will have a very big impact on all chains afterwards, and the destruction of the brand image is much larger than this product.


[Reporter]: So this year's exhibition, you are on the expansion of the above outlets, I don't know what?


[Sun Xianjun]: Yihe Mushe is a series of products with a relatively wide audience. In addition to the first-tier cities, including agents from the north to the Guangzhou-Shenzhen, there are provincial capital cities in various provinces, and there are also secondary market-level cities, and even three-level market-level cities and county-level cities in the fourth-tier market. But today we are also in the process of selecting a business. Of course, we hope that all the guests will come to the show and all the customers will compete for the agent. However, brands don't say easy cooperation. Because the choice is more important than the effort, if the choice is wrong, this town in this market may be sacrificed. And I don't think the dealer is easy. We have to invest in his funds, invest money, and be responsible for his life and his happiness. Therefore, from site selection to construction, to the entire post-service, we provide one-stop, one-stop shop building guidance, and nanny-style personal butler service.


[Reporter]: There is only one quarter left this year. By the time of March next year, the famous cabinet family has no new plans?


[Sun Xianjun]: In fact, at the beginning of the opening year, we have already defined the Yihe Mushe series as a strategic transformation turning point in the solid wood field. We have already made a three-year plan. For example, this year, we want to establish a core product of the pipeline with Yihe Mushe. In fact, what we can see in the pavilion today, including 80% is to showcase the Yihe wooden house, the main material walnut autumn wood, the secondary material rubber. At the same time, it also brought 20% of sea bream, so the sea otter is called Yihe Yashe. The focus of our next phase will shift from strategic offense to strategic defense, allowing terminal stores to be distributed according to the 28th rule, at least 80% of the profitable stores, so that the guaranteed and loss-making stores are controlled within 20%, so that the dealers truly become Core partner.


[Reporter]: At present, the consumption purchase model has changed, and the cost of enterprises has also risen. E-commerce is also a concern of everyone. What is your comment on this aspect?


[Sun Xianjun]: Actually, I think that the future of e-commerce, including the exclusive online store of furniture, is a trend, and even a road to development. But in the short term, I can estimate that this traditional hypermarket pattern will not be rewritten within three to five years. In fact, when we carry out brand promotion, we can also see that we are doing our best to promote all-round and multi-channel expansion. We are leveraging the power of all media, paper media, online media, and even the power of all outdoor media to build a brand. Including the construction of the store, we also made a two-handed reserve, one in the store to open the store, one hand to do the future independent store. An independent direct store may also be attached to the hypermarket because he has relatively stable passenger traffic and a relatively mature furniture business circle. Therefore, in the local people, the subconscious of the people said that they want to buy furniture. Then we may set up one of our flagship stores in this place, set up our own model like Mei Kemei, Qumei, etc., which is a better first-line brand in China.
